Laurent R. Pujol - CEO

Laurent Pujol is the founder and President of PUJOL Corporation, a consulting and operational strategy company focused on operational excellence, crisis management, and coordination systems for complex operational environments.

With a background in aviation operations, logistics coordination, and irregular operations management (IRROPS), Laurent has developed expertise in managing high-pressure operational situations involving multiple stakeholders, time-sensitive decision-making, and operational continuity challenges.

Through years of exposure to disruption management environments, he identified a recurring industry issue: during operational disruptions, every stakeholder acts — but coordination between them often remains fragmented.

This operational reality became the foundation for PAX Divert®.

Developed by PUJOL Corporation, PAX Divert® is an innovative coordination platform designed to improve operational visibility, stakeholder synchronization, and passenger recovery management during airline disruptions.

Laurent’s work is centered around designing operational frameworks that strengthen coordination, resilience, and decision-making in increasingly complex environments.

Today, PUJOL Corporation operates at the intersection of operational strategy, crisis coordination, and innovation — helping organizations build more connected, efficient, and resilient operational ecosystems.
